the twinkling lights of suburbia

After homemade pizza when the sky grew dark I loaded Beach into the car in search of the shiny objects.

She is my little Elvis for sure, loves all things over the top.
This was supposed to be a family activity last night but things got a little turned around when the hand off schedule changed with the step-son & it happened again tonight with a sudden sleep-over guest.  One tween in a car is tolerable, 2 is not, so a divided household divided & conquered.  But we had a stowaway.  Colby was supposed to stay home & watch the boys.

I suppose his weakness for hot chocolate & us girls overrode his need to defend the farm from radon acts of stupidity little boys are known for, I think the PC term is mischief.  I don't know, Colby looks mighty shifty himself standing there in the dark.

If you ask me Santa is looking a little suspicious too!
                                                               Frosty's Winter Wonderland
To the SLC peeps most of these pic's are from Frosty's Winter Wonderland on 805 East 18th Ave.  A bit tricky to find in your don't know your way around the Ave's but once you get anywhere near the street the Vegas glow will guide you in.
